Dr. Tidiane Ouattara, PhD
Dr. Tidiane Ouattara is a distinguished space expert in various domains. Although his education is biased towards Earth Observation, his experience cuts across other disciplines such as Satellite Communication, Navigation and Positioning as well as Astronomy and Space Sciences.
Graduated in Executive MBA from the French Business School, INSEAD, Kinapara COULIBALY is also graduated from both prestigious engineering french Schools like Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace in Toulouse.
